1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RG Content AI, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
RG Content AI is an AI-powered platform for creating short-form video content. Features include script generation, image generation, video animation, voiceover synthesis, viral intelligence analysis, and video rendering.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
4. Subscription Plans
We offer Free, Creator ($19/month), and Pro ($49/month) plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period.
5. Content Ownership
You retain full ownership and rights to all content you create using our platform. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your generated content.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use RG Content AI to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. AI-Generated Content
Content is generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing all content before publishing.
8. Service Availability
We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.
9. Limitation of Liability
RG Content AI is provided as-is without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
12. Intellectual Property
The RG Content AI platform, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of content you create using our platform. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for providing the service.
13. AI-Generated Content
You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors or similarities to existing works. Viral scores and retention predictions are estimates, not guarantees. You are responsible for reviewing all content before publishing and for compliance with any platform where you publish it.
14. Prohibited Uses
You may not use RG Content AI to generate illegal, harmful, deceptive, exploitative, or rights-infringing content; create harmful deepfakes; target minors; reverse-engineer our systems; circumvent usage limits; share credentials; or use unauthorized automation against the service.
15. Refund Policy
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your account settings. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months, but technical issues reported within 7 days may be reviewed for credit.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RG Content AI, its operators, and affiliates from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.
17. Dispute Resolution
Disputes should first be addressed through informal negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Cluj-Napoca, Romania. EU consumers retain any mandatory rights to bring proceedings in their place of residence.
18. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
